I have one forum which is paying its users for posting . I remember year back when mylot was launched people gone mad and made hell out of that site and now everyone is doing that but payout is very low like 1 cents per reply and few cents on inviting friends but in this forum you will be paid $5 for 50 posts . For first 500 posts rate will remain same and that it will become half but you can earn good money via referrals also invite friends and get $2 per head when they reached their first target of $5 .

For invitation mail me on atulperx@gmail.com

Can you update me on this.

1. Did you install the sound driver ?
2. Can you check on My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager > Sound.... and see if there is any error there. You might see yellow icon there.

There is a possibility that either the driver is not installed or it might be corrupted

Thank-you for the reply
And keeping your cool, on a post leaning against you, a true mark of an experienced user.

Anyway, I still stand by my statement that possible Virus activity, is not wise to perform a Repair. Slight correction on my behalf:

Data will still be intact, it just may not be accessible if Windows does not start up normally (without the aid of possibly more repairing due to possible Virus activity)

Note: It's harder to explain Why.

Kimsland, There could be lot of ways to solving it. I had faced this situation before and like this my restore also used to fail. And I used to repair the XP in the similar way I mentioned.

I can assure you there is no chance of loosing data. When you repair XP it does not delete any files but overwrites the old files with new ones and thats just with system files not user files.

Scanning is one thing I did not mention which is a good option before you go for repairing but if you think that you would loose data when repairing XP, I dont think so.

On top People suggest what comes out of their experience. This had always worked for me and so many other people I had suggested. Moreover I am not a super tech support so I would help whatever is possible ways....dont expect too much else You can get in touch of MS Forums. Likely is not a solution which is a guess and people say what worked for them.

Thanks for joining here and welcome

admin you can't tell users to Repair their system when there is the likelyhood of infection!

The issue here is likely an autorun.inf file in the root of the drives (obviously)

But you have got them repairing Windows without even suggesting to run a scan.

This type of technical support, especially from an Admin is extremely dangerous towards losing user data.

Before answering these types of questions you should gain some tech knowledge in supporting users.
Otherwise do not do support replies.

Anyone with this type of issue is advised strongly on completing a full updated AntiVirus and Spyware scan.
Then possibly submitting a HiJackThis log.
And also removing any foreign files that should not exist.

I joined to have my say
This post is for the benefit of others viewing the issue of drives not opening in Xp.
And to inform admin of some basics before causing further issues.

I'm afraid to read other support replies by you
So I'll log off now. :)

abide by some american tax...n stuff by hiring a lawyer

Rakshit, if you really want to do a real time test, I will tell you a excellent solution.

Make an exact copy of of your blog in a subfolder and name it as Test (or anything you want ). Now you can load the plugin and see if it works. The only thing you need to do is always maintain an exact copy in the subfolder and your real blog.

I do the same and works like charm :)

When you are comparing "float a" with any decimal number, that decimal number is taken as DOUBLE by default.

Here, 0.7 is taken as DOUBLE and float 0.7 is always less than double 0.7

If you change the program to

#include<stdio.h>
#define square(x) x*x;
int main()
{
int j =0;
int i=64;
int res = square(4);
j=i/res;
printf("%d",j);
return 0;
}

The output is 4. The only change here is accepting the value of the function square(4) into variable res.

But still no idea why direct use gives the value as 64.
